摘要
简介了应用HYX-1型X射线荧光仪及“金一号”平衡滤片对江西金山金矿的样品进行的室内含Au量分析。应用X荧光分析测量结果对该矿区矿体垂向上变化规律、含金的贫富分布变化进行分析,通过与化学分析、热发光方法分析的对照,说明了X射线荧光技术的实用意义。
HYX-1 Type X-Ray Fluorescence Analyser was used to determine Au content in the powder samples of Jinshan gold deposit with 'Gold-1 filter'. Comparisons of the results of X-ray fluoresence with those of chemical analysis were also made. Our studies with X-ray fluorescence analysis show that this method features a high speed of measurement and low cost and that is therefore of great significance to geological prospecting.
