摘要
随机选择 BMY6月龄断奶公牛 30头 ,根据月龄、体重和家系随机分为三组 ,分别按三种补饲方式育肥 6个月后 ,从 5个家系的后代中各选出 1头进行屠宰及分割测定。结果平均屠宰率和净肉率分别为 5 8.8%± 1 .7%和 47.6%± 2 .0 % ,优质切块占胴体重的 47.5 %。
Thirty 6-month-old weaned BMY calves were selected and randomly divided into three groups according to their age, body weight and family. After 6-month finishing, one individual was selected from every family for slaughtering and cutting tests. Results showed that mean dressing percentage, net beef percentage and high cuttings ratio in carcass weight was 58.8%±1.70%, 47.6%±2.0% and 47.5%.
