摘要
通过第 19届冬奥会自由式滑雪空中技巧运动员动作难度的对比分析指出 :在以难制胜方针的指引下 ,我国女子运动员动作难度已有大幅度提高 ,在次高难度层次中已占有相当地位 ;在世界男子空中技巧难度实力格局中 ,我国运动员已由上届冬奥会的下游水平提高至中游水平。研究指出在学习借鉴外国运动员发展动作难度的计划性与策略性的基础上 。
Through comparative analysis on movement difficulty of aerials of freestyle skiing between our athletes and foreign ones in 19^(th) Winter Games,the author finds out that the movement difficulty of aerials of our athletes has improved greatly under the guiding principle of winning by difficulty.Our athletes play a very important part in sub-difficulty movement.The strength of our male aerials advances from low level to normal level.It suggests that we should draw lessons from the plans and tactics of foreign athletes developing movement difficulty in order to push our athletes up to new step.
