摘要
公元8~13世纪,伊斯兰世界无疑是十分重要的战略板块。它既是地域相连、占世界近1/4人口、拥有重要战略位置和战略资源、具有共同关切的国家群体,也是独立于西方和东方的强大的思想价值体系。冷战后,面对美国霸权的全面扩展,伊斯兰国家在国际政治、经济、安全等领域加强协调与合作。特别是在全球化和信息化条件下,它们的共同体意识随着政治伊斯兰运动的发展明显增强。"9·11"事件凸显伊斯兰世界与美国的战略矛盾。伊斯兰世界成为分析和把握国际战略关系互动乃至国际格局变化无法忽略的战略力量。
From 8th century AD to 13 century AD, the Islamic world was undoubtedly an important strategic bloc,consisting of a duster of geographi- cally conjoining states,with almost a quarter of the world's population,holding important strate- gic position as well as strategic resources,and with contain interest and concern.Besides,it was also a powerful system of ideolcgy and val- ues,independent of hoth the East and the West. Since the end of the Cold War,in the face of the expansion of American hegemony,the Islamic states have strengthened their coordination and cooperation in the areas of international politics, economy and secturity.Confronted with the glob- alization and imformationalization,their sense of umma intensified along with the upsurge of Is- lamist movements.Since'9.11',the Islamic world and the US have been locked in fierce strategic contradictions.Thus,the Islamic world has become an important strategic factor that no one can ignore in analyzing and understanding the interaction of international strategic relations and the change of international pattern.
