摘要
对陆川富硅高岭土进行了原矿性质分析和选矿试验研究 ,确定了合理的工艺流程 ,经捣浆、分级、磁选、剥片 ,获得产率为2 7 2 5 %、Al2 O32 2 .17%、Fe2 O30 .40 %、-2 μm3 7.81%和产率为 3 .68%、Al2 O32 7.12 %、Fe2 O31.2 5 %、-2 μm 3 1.0 5 %两种级别的陶瓷用高岭土 。
Based on mineralogical analysis of the ore and experimental research of processing, work out the main process of churning classification magnetic concentration superfine grinding, which provided scientific basis for utilizing rich silica kaolinite of Luchuan county. The two grade concentrate, with kaolinite of weight recovery 27.25%,Al 2O 322.17%,Fe 2O 30.40%,-2μm37.81% and 3.68%,Al 2O 327.12%,Fe 2O 31 25%,-2μm31 05%,is obtained by the process.
