摘要
以辽宁某地膨润土为原料 ,对影响活性白土质量的主要生产工艺条件进行了较系统的试验研究 ,确定了最佳工艺条件 ,成功地制备了脱色率 92 .88%、过滤速度 2 1.2 7mL/mim的高效植物油用活性白土。指出提高活性白土过滤速度的关键在于原料土和白土的粒度 。
The optimal technological conditions for preparing activated white clay with bentonite from Liaoning were obtained.The activated white clay with high decoloration rate and filtration velocity was prepared successfully.The results showed that the key point of increasing filtration velocity of activated white clay lied in granularity. Moreover,the recycling of sulfuric acid and water washing were discussed.
