摘要
铸造工业用天然钙基膨润土 ,不仅使用效果差 ,而且只能使用一次 ,且不能复用 ,生产成本高。近几年来 ,铸造型砂使用人工钠基膨润土 ,笔者通过对比国内外铸造用人工钠基膨润土技术指标数据 ,就其复用性技术指标及测定方法作一探讨。
The natural Ca bentonite is used in foundry industry with bad result,can't be reused and its production cost is high.So the artificial Na bentonite is used now in casting sand.By comparing the domestic and foreign artificial Na bentonites technical data,the technical data and the determination methods of its reusability were discussed in this paper.
