准确把握河北省文化产业现状、优势与不足,制定切实可行的发展战略,才能加速河北省文化产业的发展进程,实现"把河北建成城乡文明程度较高、文化产业比较发达、文化事业繁荣活跃的文化大省"的奋斗目标,促进河北经济跨越式发展和社会全面进步。
A precise understanding, together with a practical strategy, of the advantages and shortcomings of the Hebei cultural industry, is a precondition to the speedy development of the cultural industrialization, promotion of the civilization, and cultural prosperity of Hebei Province. Moreover, this will help improve the economic and social progress in the region.
