摘要
普陀山不仅是一座佛山,更是一座文化山,一座沉淀、融合华夏文化、西域文化与整个东方文化,集观音信仰、山海风光与历史变革于一身的海天佛国。为此,要从自然、历史、宗教三个层面对普陀山文化进行新的全方位解读,才能全面了解本来面目的文化普陀山。
Mount Putuo is not merely a Buddhist mountain, but a cultural mountain as well. It is a Buddhist kingdom amidst the sea and sky, which has not only merged the Chinese culture, western regional culture and the whole eastern culture but also has integrated Guanyin belief, landscapes and seascapes as well as the historical revolution into an organic whole. Therefore, we need to make an all - round study of Mount Putuo culture on the levels of nature, history and religion in order to get a better understanding of the original cultural Mount Putuo.
