摘要
采用工业偏钛酸与浓硫酸反应制得的TiOSO4为原料,通过溶胶法在不同基片上制得了纳米TiO2薄膜,并在450℃下进行了晶型转化。XRD分析表明组成薄膜的TiO2为锐钛型结构,一次粒径为10~20nm;经SEM扫描电镜与AFM原子力显微镜观测,组成薄膜的TiO2纳米颗粒粒径均匀,组织致密连续,而且薄膜表面凹凸不平,增大了有效比表面积,有利于光催化反应进行;甲基橙溶液的光催化降解实验证明其能有效降解有机物,光降解效果一定范围内随着涂膜次数增加而提高,当涂膜多于5次以后,此种效果增加不明显。
Nano-TiO_2 film deposited on different substrates was prepared by sol method with TiOSO_4 solution made from the industrial metatitanic acid and H_2SO_4(98%). The crystallization of TiO_2 film was carried out at 450 ℃. The analysis of XRD indicated that the film had the anatase structure with crystal size 10~20 nm. The results of AFM and SEM showed that TiO_2 film deposited by this technique had the characteristics of uniform particle size and a tight surface structure, and the accidented surface helps the photo-catalytic reaction for the more comparative acreage. The photo-catalytic activity of the TiO_2 film was tested through photo-degrading the methyl orange solution. During a certian extent, the activity is increased with the coating times added, but it becomes unevident when times over five.
