摘要
就业是民生之本,积极扩大就业是提高人民生活水平,全面建设小康社会的重大而艰巨的任务。本文分析了我国目前的就业现状及其成因,并结合发展中国家特有的二元经济结构下存在的农村劳动力过剩和城市严重失业双重困扰的现象对我国的失业问题进行了理论分析。并运用西方经济学有关理论对我国失业问题提出了一些对策建议。
In the essay,the present condition and contributing factor of employment in our country are introduced firstly.As the bse of the people's livelihood,taking vigorous action to extend employment is an important and difficult task to improve the living standard of people and then build a relatively comfortable society all-sidely.The author tries to analyze the problem of unemployment in developing countries where the high rate of unemployment takes places in cities with the surplus of rural labor force because of dualism of economic structure which is the particular characteristic in these countries.Using the relative theory of Western economics,it gives some suggestions and countermeasures to solute the unemployment's problem in China.
