在用煤油吸收来回收丁二烯的过程中 ,增加了一台板式换热器 ,让热煤油 (约 5 5℃ )和富含丁二烯的冷煤油 (约 15℃ )进行初步热交换 ,使蒸汽和液氨的用量分别下降了 89%和 5 8% ,全年可实现效益5 9 13万元。
Kerosone is used as obsorbent in butadiene reclaimation process.A heat exchange has been added to make hot kerosone(about 55℃) exchanging with cold kerosoen(about 15℃,containing with some butadience).The consumption of steam and liquid ammonia has reduced a lot and it can save 591.3 thousand yuan per year.
