摘要
报告5例双腔右心室,其特点为右心室被异常肥厚的心室肌肉分为两个心腔。5例中1例合并有房缺,3例合并有室缺,均在体外循环下进行了缺损修补,成功地切除了肥厚的肌肉,疏通了右室流出道的梗阻,3例右室流出道不够宽大者,采用自体心包补片进行加宽。文中就本病的特征、诊断要点和治疗措施进行了讨论。
In 5 cases with double chambe(?)ed right vent(?)icule divided by a thick anomalous muscular band,a high pressure chamber located below the t(?)iscupid valve,and a low pressure one located between the anomalous muscular band and the pulmanony valve.Co-existing ASD was found in 1 case and VSD in 3 cases.All of them were successfully ope(?)eted on for ASD and VSD with extracorporeal circulation.The hype(?)t(?)ophic muscular bands were adequately resected to relieve the obstruction of outflow tract of right ventricule in all cases.In 3 cases, the Outflow tract of the right ventricule was not wide enough,and autologous pericardial patch was used to repair the outflow tract.The clinical features,diagnostic critria and the operative techniques were also discussed.
