摘要
目的 :观察补片治疗巨大切口疝的临床效果。方法 :使用补片修复 12例巨大腹壁切口疝 ,观察手术时间伤口疼痛 ,术后自主能力的恢复 ,并发症及复发率。结果 :本组均采用美国巴德公司生产的补片进行裁剪后修补 ,网片上方放置 1～ 2个负压球 ,术后腹部常规加压包扎 ,随访 6月～ 3年。仅 1例复发 ,其余全部治愈。结论 :年老、体弱、腹部巨大切口疝的病人 ,用人工合成材料进行修补 ,手术操作简便 ,损伤轻 ,恢复快 ,是较先进的修补方法 ,并可获得满意疗效。
Objective :To observe the clinical effect of repairing huge incisional hernia of abdominal wall with patch . Method: To observe the hour of operation ,the pain of incisim , the recover of power ,the complication and the rate recrudescerce of 12 cases , who were repaired huge incisional hernia of abdominal wall with patch. Result : All operations applied the patches made by Busder Company of U S A,and placed one or two balls of negative pressure above the patches .Binding up and adding pressure as usual after the operations . During 6 months or 3 years, all cases were cured except one patient ,who recruded. Conclusion: To cure the patient with huge incisinonl of abdominal wall , who is older and weaker ,with patch is convenient.The erauma of patient is light and the recover is quick . It is a very advanced way that can get satisfied effect.
