摘要 论文论述了读者需求与网络信息资源组织与编目的现状和存在的问题,阐述了其组织与编 目的方法,提出了图书馆员追求的目标。 This paper dissertates the needs of readers, the significance of Internet information resources organizing and cataloging and current problems,expounds the way of Internet information resources organizing and cataloging, and puts forward the aim of librarians.
