摘要
采用随机双盲、安慰剂对照,交叉试验,用 M-UCG、ECG 和 PCG 评价18例肥厚型心肌病患者分别口服硫氮(艹卓)酮(90mg/d)或安慰剂2周后左室功能的变化及临床疗效。结果表明,服硫氮草酮组△D%无明显改变,EFo 斜率增加,IVRT 缩短,LVEDP 和 PCWP 轻度下降。多数患者症状缓解,无明显副作用。而安慰剂组未见心功能及临床症状改善.
Using a double-blind,crossover trial design with M-UCG,ECG and PCG studies,we have evalvated the clinical effects and the effect of diltiazem on left ventricular function in 18 patients with HCM.The drug was given in 30mg,3 times daily for 2 weeks.The results showed that ΔD% was not changed significantly, IVRT was shortened.EFo slope was increased.LVEDP and PCWP were fallen,and improvement of symptoms in most patients occured without significant side effects. Thus,diltiazem improves LV diastolic function without altering LV systolic function in patients with HCM.
