摘要
目的 探讨腹腔镜手术在妇科领域的应用范围、手术方式及并发症发生的相关因素。方法 回顾性分析我院 5年来 96 5例腹腔镜手术病例情况、手术适应症、手术方式、并发症发生率等。结果 腹腔镜下手术成功率为 99.77% ,中转开腹率为 0 .2 3% ,平均手术时间为 (77.89± 4 5 .32 )min ,术中平均出血 (6 2 .32± 5 4 .2 1)ml,术后平均住院时间为 (3.74± 2 .1)d ,并发症发生率为 1.76 %。结论 腹腔镜手术在妇科领域有广泛的应用前景 ,手术的成功及并发症的发生与手术的适应症、手术难度。
Objective To discuss the relative factors of abdominoscope in gynecologic application,the operation methods and the complication occurrences. Methods Retrospective analysis was given to 965 cases receiving abdominoscopic operations,operation indications,operation methods and complication occurrences. Results The rate of success of abdominoscopic operations reached 99.77%,the rate of changing to laparotomy was 0.23%;the average operation time was 77.89±45.32 min,the average amount of hemorrhage in operation was 62.32±54.21 ml;the average time for hospitalization after operation was 3.74±2.1 d;the rate of complication occurrences was 1.76%. Conclusions Abdominoscopicoperation has a wide application prospect in gynecology;the success of operation and complication occurrence are related to the selection of operation indications,the difficulty degree of the operation,the performance,basic skills,and the proper application of the surgical instruments.
