摘要
目的:提高部颁品种新复方大青叶片的质量标准,以便于控制其内在质量。方法:采用TLC法对方中大青叶、大黄、金银花,对乙酰氨基酚进行了鉴别。结果:薄层鉴别方法专属性强,无干扰。结论:提高后的质量标准可控制产品质量。
Objective: To improve the quality standards for Xin Fu Fang Da Qing Ye Tablets. Method : Using TLC to identify Isatis leaf ,Rhubarb Honey Suckle and Paracetamol in Xin Fu Fang Da Qing Ye Tablets. Results: This identification method is accurate and stable. Conclusion: The improved quality standards can effectively control quality for the drug.
