摘要
目的:测定盐酸小檗碱片的含量。方法:采用改进药典法。结果:经统计分析,与药典法比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),且操作方便、误差小。结论:改进药典法可作为测定盐酸小檗碱片含量的方法。
Objective: Determine the content of berberine hydrochloride tablets. Methods: Using improved pharmacopeia. Result:After statistical analysis,the improved pharmacopek has no significant difference compared with the original(P>0. 05). Conclusion: The improved pharmacopeia can be made use of to determine the content of berberine hydrochloride tablets.
