摘要
中国汽车工业在50年左右的时间中迅速发展,在演进过程中产业组织结构虽然有一些问题,如产业组织分散、过度进入等。但随着逐步融入世界汽车生产体系以及自我创新能力的提高,中国汽车产业组织结构正在向规模经济基础上的非合作性、开放性的寡头结构方向迈进,并形成大中小共存、寡头主导的一种共生组织模式。
China auto industry has been developed rapidly in last 50 years.Though the industrial organization has some shortcomings such as scattered industrial organization and excessive entry,gradually in harmony with world auto production system,China auto industrial organization is now marching on a none-cooperative and open oligopoly structure based on the economy of scale.The structure mode is dominated by oligopoly and in this net work,large、medium and small-sized enterprises co-exist with each other.
