摘要
本文研究了40例带状疱疹息者外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变和染色单体交换,发现其非整倍体出现容与健康人比较,两者有高度显著性差异(P<0.01)。在染色体结构方面,其暗变率与健康人比较,两者无甚差异(P>0.05)。染色单体交换率与健康人比较,有高度显著性差异(P<0.01)。
In this article,the study of SCE and chromosome aberration of the peripheralleucocytes of 40 patients with herpes zoster is reported.It was found that there wassingnificant difference(P<0.01)in frequencies of aneuploid between herpes zosterpatients aed henlthy persons.Regarding to the structure of chromosome,there was nosignifieant difference(P>0.05)between the frequencies of chromosome aberration ofherpes zoster patients and healthy persons.The difference between the SCE rates ofherpes zoster patients and healthy persons was signifieant(P<0.01).
