摘要 随着分子生物学的不断发展 ,肿瘤基因治疗研究成为近年来的热点之一 ,并将研究成果应用于临床试验。结直肠癌的基因治疗研究新近取得一定的进展 ,就其自杀基因、癌基因及抑癌基因、免疫基因、抗血管生长基因。
