摘要
目的评价国产食管带膜支架治疗食管恶性狭窄的临床效果。方法53例患者中男性37例,女性16例,年龄41～82岁,平均62.4岁。食管癌48例,贲门癌5例。所有操作均在X线透视下进行。结果所有病人内支架植入均获成功。吞咽困难症状缓解率为100%。食管气管或纵隔瘘均一次封堵成功。结论食管内支架是治疗食管恶性狭窄的有效方法。
Objective To evaluate domestic covered stent implantation in the management of malignant esophageal stricture. Methods In total 53 patients,37 males and 16 females,aged 41-82 years (62.4 years old in average) were enrolled in the study. There were 48 cases of esophageal carcinoma,5 cases of carcinoma at cardia. The intervention was performed under the guidance of fluoroscopy. Results Implantation was successful in every case. Palliation of disphagia excellent in 100%cases. The esophageal tracheal and esophageal mediastinal fistula were sealed successfully in single intervention. Conclusion The esophageal stent is an effective treatment for malignant esophageal strictures.
