正交试验法优选抗病毒合剂的提取工艺 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :优选抗病毒合剂的最佳提取工艺。方法 :采用正交试验法 ,以提取物中的绿原酸含量和绿原酸的提取率为考察指标 ,L9( 34 )正交表进行试验。结果 :抗病毒合剂的最佳提取工艺为 :药材浸泡 5h ,加水量 12倍 ,提取时间 30min ,提取次数 2次。结论 :浸泡时间对绿原酸含量和绿原酸的提取率影响最大。本工艺方法简单、实用 。 Objective: To select the optimum extracting procedure for Kangbingduheji. Methods: The optimum extracting procedure was selected with the content and extraction efficiency of chlorogenic acid from Bingdufeiyanheji by orthogonal test design. Results: The optimum extracting procedure was the drug marinated 5h,4ten times water, extracting two times ,the time was 30 min each time. Conclusion: Significant effect was observed in marinated time. The methods is simple and utility.
