摘要
目的 :比较PrecilXC - 2 0型自动血沉仪测定结果与传统魏氏法的相关性和线性。方法 :分别用自动血沉仪法和传统魏氏法测定 5 0例临床病人 1h血沉。结果 :经统计学处理 ,两种方法的测定结果相关系数 0 .84 ,在正常参考值范围内 ,二者测定结果一致 ,但当血沉 >10mm/h后 ,手工法测定均值高于仪器法 ,P <0 .0 1,而且随着测定值增加 ,二者之间差异越明显。结论 :自动血沉仪法对正常标本测定结果与手工法接近 。
Objective: To compare the corralation and linerization of erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)between the automated ESR analyzer and manual Westergren method. Methods: test the clinical specim by means of automated ESR analyzer(Precil XC-20) and manual Westergren method for 50 cases separately. Results: The corralation coeffecion was 0.84,and there was no significant difference of the ESR value between the two method in the normal range(ESR<15mm/h,P>0.05),while the difference was very significant when the ESR > 15mm/h(P<0.01).And the results of manual Westergren were higher than the automated method.Conclusion: The results were similar between the two methods in that of normal walues with ESR,and it was more reliable by the manual Westergren method when the ESR >15mm/h.
