摘要  根据农业对水资源可持续发展的要求,改井灌为利用地表水灌溉,采用活动泵平台与晃桩技术、渠道土工膜衬砌,低水位运行,分级提水技术,工省效宏,实现农业向发展质量效益型转变。 According to the new demand of agriculture sustainable development in water resource,we change the well irrigation into the new concept of irrigation with surface water,using the technology of mobile pump platform and wagging stake,protecting with geomenbrane in canal,moving in low water level,dispersing the second class technology of drawing water without gravity and planning to use the technology of movable resisting and storing water wall to construct small irrigation area of drawing water without gravity henceforth,achieve the development of quality and benefit agriculture for our farm,are favorably received by the masses.
