摘要
目前评标中最常用的方法有两种 ,即经过评审的最低投标价法和综合评估法。在前甸通道绿化景观、照明亮化工程设计、施工招标中运用的价值功能综合分析法是综合评估法的一个拓展 ,它引入了“功能 /价值” ,也就是“少花钱、多办事”的评标思路 ,对于设计、施工一体化的总承包工程的评价是一个成功的尝试。
Lowest bid price method, value and function system analysis method were mostly used in evaluation of bid. It is develop of system evaluation method by using value and function system analysis to estimate the bid for sight design, lighting design and construction. It is a successful experiment to evaluate bid of design and construct integrated engineering by using 'function/value'thought, namely 'do more with little money',
