摘要
滚珠丝杠副是数控设备中的一个重要元件,其摩擦力矩特性直接影响设备的动态性能.本文应用力学分析及几何分析的方法,建立了摩擦力矩的理论模型,分析了丝杠及螺母的螺纹半径误差、导程误差及滚道的形状误差等制造误差以及滚珠进出反向器时的冲击等因素对摩擦力矩的影响。
The frictional torque of ball screw,which is an important element in NC machine tools,has a significant effect on the dynamic characteristics of tools.Based on the Hertz’s theory of elasticity,a model of frictional torque is proposed in the paper,and hence the effects on the frictional torque are analysed of the machining errors of screw and nut as well as the shocks occurring on balls’ rolling into or out of the reverser.
