摘要
实验研究了掺氯Bi_(1.7)Pb_(0.3)Sr_2Ca_2Cu_3O_y大块超导体的零场冷却磁化强度与时间的关系.通过掺氟发现磁通蠕动和钉扎势与磁场的关系存在一些新的行为。对磁场在H_p到1000Oe范围s=dM/dlnt∝H^(1/2)。当磁场低于H_p时,U_o(H)∝exp (-H/30);当磁场高于H_p时,U_o(H)∝H^(-α),且α=3/2。
Time dependences of zerofield copied magnetization for fluorine-doped Bi1.7Pb0.3Sr2Ca2Cu3Uy bulk superconductor have been investigated experimentally.By doping with fluorine,the field dependences of both flux creep and pinning potential exhibit some new behaviours,suggesting S=dM /dlnt H1/2 for the field range from Hp to 1000Oe,U0 (H) exp (-H/30) for the field below Hp and U0 (H) H-3 with a= 3/2 for the field above Hp
