摘要
目的 探讨金黄色葡萄球菌 (SA)药敏谱型对医院感染管理的指导意义。方法 通过随机扩增多态性 DNA(RAPD)技术分型 76株 SA,并归纳出药敏谱型与 RAPD型的对应关系。结果 药敏谱型 35种 ,RAPD分型 5 0种。二者呈单一对应关系的有 2 2种 ,呈一对二关系的有 12种 ,呈一对三关系的有 1种。结论 依据 SA药敏谱型可对 SA进行分型 ,从而指导医院感染管理。
Objective To research the introduction role of antibiotics sensitivity spectrum of Staphylococcus aureus(SA) on hospital infections. Methods 76 strains of SA were divided by randomly amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD) technique and the relationship between antibiotics sensitivity spectrum and RAPD fingerprinting was generalized.Results 35 kinds of antibiotics sensitivity spectrum type and 50 sorts of RAPD fingerprinting were obtained.The relationships of one vs one and one vs two and one vs three between antibiotics sensitivity spectrum and RAPD fingerprinting were observed and the numbers were 22 and 12 and 1 respectively.Conclusion The antibiotics sensitivity spectrum type can play an introduction role in management of hospital infections.
