鼻咽癌患者血循环Endostatin的水平 被引量：1

摘要 血管生成是恶性肿瘤生长、转移的关键环节.Endostatin是迄今发现作用最强的抑制血管生长因子,国外学者对几种恶性肿瘤患者血液Endostatin的检测结果很不一致[1,3],而我国尚缺乏这方面的研究.已观察到鼻咽癌(Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma,NPC)患者血清中血管内皮生长因子水平升高,但抑制血管生长因子的存在情况未见报道.本研究检测了140例NPC患者血循环Endostatin水平并探讨其对NPC转归的影响.
