摘要
目的 探讨MMP9和CD44V6在大肠癌中的表达与大肠腺癌术后是否复发的关系。方法 应用免疫组化技术 ,检测 12 8例大肠腺癌组织中MMP9和CD44V6的表达。结果 12 8例大肠腺癌中MMP9、CD44V6表达的阳性标记与大肠腺癌分级、浆膜浸润、淋巴结转移有相关性。结论 MMP9和CD44V6联合表达与大肠腺癌浸润转移密切相关。检测MMP9和CD44V6表达可作为判断大肠腺癌预后的客观指标。
Objective To discuss the relationship between the expression of MMP 9 and CD 44V6 in the large intestine adenocarcinoma and the recurrence of large intestine adenocarcinoma.Methods The expression of MMP 9 and CD 44V6 in 128 cases of large intestine adenocarcinoma was detected immunohistochemically.Results The expression of MMP 9 and CD 44V6 was related to the grading,invasion and lymph node metastasis.Conclusion The combined expression of MMP 9 and CD 44V6 is associated with the invasion and metastasis of large intestine adenocarcinoma.The detection of MMP 9 and CD 44V6 can indicate the prognosis of large intestine adenocarcinoma.
