摘要
目的 探讨单侧多功能外固定支架治疗严重多发伤骨折的临床应用价值。方法 选择ISS≥16的多发伤骨折病人 4 8例 ,急诊应用于仲嘉等研制的单侧多功能外固定支架治疗其骨折。结果 本组 4 8例 ,4 6例随访 6～ 38个月 ,平均 10个月 ,骨性愈合时间 2～ 8个月 ,平均 4个月 ,病死率 4 2 %。结论 单侧多功能外固定支架治疗严重多发伤骨折操作简单 ,手术时间短 ,创伤小 ,固定稳定 ,病死率低 ,并发症少 ,调节其延长器能达到弹性固定的效果 ,是治疗严重多发伤骨折的理想治疗方法。
Objective To evaluate clinical application of unilateral multi-functional external-fixation barrier to fractures in severe multiple injury.Methods 48 patients suffering fractures in severe multiple injury,whose ISS were≥16,were treated with unilateral multi-functional external-fixation barrier developed by Yu Zhongjia.Results Follow-up of 46 of the 48 patients for 6～38 months,with an average of 10 months,showed that time for bony union was 2～8 months,with an average of 4 months,and death rate was 4.2%.Conclusion It is ideal to treat fractures in severe multiple injury with unilateral multi-functional external-fixation barrier.Its advantages include easy operation,short operation time,minor injury,reliable fixation,low death rate and fewer complications.In addition,adjustment of extender makes flexible fixation possible.
