摘要
在催化剂A的作用下,选用巯基乙酸与甲醇经分子间脱水缩合反应获得巯基乙酸甲酯.研究了不同的摩尔比、反应温度、反应时问、催化剂用量等对产物巯基乙酸甲酯收率的影响.实验表明:催化剂A的用量为巯基乙酸摩尔数的10%,甲醇与巯基乙酸的摩尔比为1 2:1,反应时间为8小时,反应温度为38~40℃时,合成的巯基乙酸甲酯收率达到85%以上.
In this paper the method to obtain the methyl-mercaptoacetate is introduced by the andensation action of the mercaptoacetic acid and methanol,which the catalyst A is used.The paper also discussed the various effects (such as the different mol ratio,reaction temperture,reaction time and catalyst's amount ) on the yield of methyl-mercaptoacetate.The results showed that the used amount of catalyst A should be equal to 10% mol amount of mercaptoacetic acid,the mol ratio of methanol and mercaptoacetic acid 1.2:1,the reaction time 8 hr,the reaction tempeture 38~40℃,thus the synthesis yield will reach over 85%.
