摘要
着重介绍我国炭素生产中沥青快速熔化常用的3种装置。通过对其快速熔化原理的分析,比较了3种形式的装置其对固体沥青的要求、熔化效率、装置清理、控制和日常维护等方面的差别。
Three kinds of equipment for the rapid pitch melting in the carbon production in China are mainly introduced. On the basis of analysis of the rapid melting mechanism involved in process, the differences of these three kinds of devices are compared in terms of the requirements for the solid pitch, melting efficiency, cleaning, control and daily maintenance.
