采用Blaine值表示粉子相对比表面积,Blaine值能更准确地指导阳极生产。本文通过大量分析数据证明Blaine控制生产的科学性,并对影响Blaine的因素进行探讨,最后找出控制Blaine值的方法及最佳值,从而使阳极生产更加稳定。
The Blaine value is adopted to characterize the relative specific surface area of the powder, and is found to be a good parameter for one to closely monitor and direct the production of anodes for the aluminium electrolysis. The solid scientific evidence for using the Blaine value to control the quality of anodes is presented, which was obtained by analyzing the data collected in anode production. The optimum Blaine value and the best way to control the Blaine value are introduced, which is found to be helpful for keeping the anode production stable and smooth.
