摘要
在不同压力、不同温度下考察了成型多孔炭的甲烷储存性能,研究了成型多孔炭的孔结构对其甲烷储存性能的影响。结果表明:成型多孔炭的孔结构,特别是微孔的数量对其甲烷储存能力有很大影响。确定了成型多孔炭储存天然气的最佳条件:储存温度约为10℃,储存压力为3-4 MPa,在此条件下成型多孔炭的甲烷最高体积储存量可达150 mL/mL。
The storage of methane in shaped porous carbons has been studied under different pressures and temperatures. The effect of the pore structure of shaped porous carbons on the storage of methane is explored. It is found that the pore structure of shaped porous carbons, especially their microporous structure, plays an important role in the storage of methane. Under the experimental conditions adopted in this study, adsorption capacity of methane about 150 mL/mL is obtained. The optimum process parameters for methane storage are as follows: the optimum temperature is about 10 ℃ and the optimum pressure is about 3 - 4 MPa.
