高温改质煤沥青挤压成型工艺参数的研究 被引量:2

STUDY OF PARAMETERS IN EXTRUDING PROCEDURE WITH HIGH SOFTENING-POINT MODIFIED PITCH AS BINDER

摘要 以高温改质沥青为粘结剂,在不同条件下挤压成型,经焙烧和石墨化得到样品,研究了成型工艺参数对制品性能的影响。结果表明:高温改质沥青有利于提高制品的体积密度。高温改质沥青的糊料的塑性范围较窄。对温度影响敏感。混捏温度制度的设定应依据粘温曲线中沥青的拐点范围,凉料温度和缸嘴温度应依据在保证压型速度的条件下,挤压压力尽可能低的原则制定。 The electrode samples were prepared with high softening-point modified pitch as binder via a procedure that includes three steps: extrusion under different conditions, baking and graphitization treatment. The effects of process parameters on the properties of electrodes were studied. The results show that with high softening-point modified pitch as binder, the bulk density of graphized electrodes can be increased. For the paste obtained with modified pitch as binder, the plasticity range is quite narrow, and is sensible to temperature. The mixing temperature range should be set according to the inflection point in the relation curves of viscosity and temperature of pitch. The temperature of cooled paste and the temperature in cylinder and die should be set to ensure steady extrusion speed, at the same time, to keep the extruding pressure as low as possible.
