摘要
对活性炭吸附焦化纯苯中CS2的吸附机理进行了初步探讨。用Freundlieh方程关联出吸附等温线,并求出吸附热,结果表明吸附热较低,即吸附过程属典型的物理吸附。CS2在活性炭上的吸附动力学行为可用Elovich方程进行描述,传质系数在进料流速为1 mL/min时最大,与动态吸附试验结果一致。
The adsorption mechanism of carbon disulfide in benzene, a by-product in coke production, by activated carbon has been studied. It has been found that the adsorption isotherms can be expressed by Freundlich equation, and the adsorption heat calculated is relatively low, implying the adsorption of CS2 on activated carbon is a typical ph-ysisorption process. The adsorption kinetics of CS2 on activated carbon can be described by Elovich equation. The results show that the mass transfer coefficient reaches a maximum at a feeding rate of 1 mL/min of the feedstock, which is in agreement with the result of dynamic adsorption experiments.
