摘要
利用石英晶体压电式压力传感器和电荷放大器测量G—M型制冷机低温下的动态压力,配合位移传感器,利用计算机数据采集处理系统构成G—M型制冷机P—V图测量装置。该装置已成功地应用于单级G—M型制冷机的P—V图测量。
A P-V diagram measuring equipment has been set up.This equipment composes of two quartz piozoelectric transducers with two charge amplifiers for the measurement of dynamic pressures at room temperature and low temperature in the cryorefrigerator aad one displacement transducer to measure the displacement (volume).Combining with the computer automatic collecting and processing system,this equipment has been used successfully in the P-V diagram measurement of a single stage G-M cryorefrigerator.
