摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗偏头的临床疗效。方法:将62例患者随机分为治疗组34例,采用血府逐瘀汤加减配合尼莫地平、VitB6口服治疗;对照组28例仅用西药治疗。2组均以14d为1个疗程。结果:治疗2个疗程后,治疗组治愈19例,显效12例,无效3例,总有效率91.1%;对照组治愈12例,显效10例,无效3例,总有效率78.6%。2组总有效率比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗偏头痛有较好疗效。
Objective:To observe the clinical effects on the treatment of migraine patients with the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.Method:Divide62patients into two groups at a random sample.34patients in the treated group were treated with Xue Fu Zh Yu Decoction,going together with taking nimodipine and Vitamin B6orally while28patients in the control group were treated with western medicine only.The two groups were given a fourteen-day course of physiotherapy.Result:After two courses of physiotherapy,in the treated group19patients were cured,12patients were highly effective,3patients were ineffective and the total effective ratewas91.1%while in the control group,12patients were cured,10patients were highly effective,3patients were ineffective and the total effective rate was78.6%.The difference of the comparison between the total effective rate of the two groups had an obvious significance,P<0.05.Conclusion:The treatment of migraine patients with the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has a better effect.
