摘要
运用卡尔曼滤波计算数学对二甲苯异构体进行分析测定.研究了在一定的实验条件下,实现对二甲苯异构体(邻、间、对二甲苯)色谱重叠峰解析的方法.利用N2000色谱数据工作站进行数据采集,再将数据整合成各种数据矩阵,代入编制的卡尔曼滤波程序系统进行计算.计算结果显示,样品的平均回收率达91.1%~107.5%,RSD为3.6%~8.3%,
In this research, Kalman filtering mathematical methods are introduced to determine xylene isomers and the differentiation for xylene isomers chromatographic overlapping peak under certain experimental condition was studied. N2000 chromatographic working-station are used to collect data. Then, these data are made to be some matrix. The result is obtained to operate these matrix in a Kalman filtering program. The result shows that the average rate of recovery of every component reaches 91.1%~107.5% and RSD is 3.6%~8.3%.
