摘要
提出了铝及铝合金硫酸阳极氧化及电解着色工艺。为获得随机图案的彩色外观,采用单次或二次着色工序,将植物油按8mL/m2喷在着色液表面。同时介绍了本方法的操作要点。
Sulfate anodizing and electro-coloring of aluminum and its alloys were introduced. To obtain coloring films with random patterns, one or two steps of electro-coloring were adopted in which vegetable oil in ratio of 8 mL/m^2 was sprayed on the surface of the coloring solution. Operation hints of the method were presented as well.
