摘要
底部框剪砌体结构房屋作为主要结构形式,广泛应用于办公楼、写字楼及住宅房屋中,本文作者在分析底部框剪砌体结构房屋震害特点的基础上,阐述了底部框剪砌体结构房屋的抗震概念设计及工程实际设计中应注意的问题。
