摘要
本文介绍的低温流量综合测试仪是一种新型的装备单片机的仪器。它是专为测量加注系统管道内液氢的瞬时两相(气相、液相)体积流量和瞬时单相(纯液相)体积流量而设计的。通过对该仪器的研究、设计和试验,较详细地叙述了硬件各部分的工作原理和软件的设计方法以及考核仪器质量的试验方法。同时文中着重谈到了从大量的数据中模合出各参数的等效计算公式,大大简化了程序设计。
The synthetic gauging for cryogenic runoff introduced in this paper is a kind of new-type instrument equipped with slice. The instrument is designed for gauging volume runoff of twinkling double-phase (gas—phase and liquid-phase) and twinkling single-phase (pure liquid-phase) of liquid hydrogen in pipeline of filling system.Based on the design, study and experiments of the instrument. The working principle of the hardwares and the designing method of the softwares, as well as the way to examine the quality of the instrument are described. At the same time, the paper gives the equivalent caculating formula of referential coefficients worked out from a good guantity of data, which make the designing of computer procedures much simpler.The examinations by many kinds of experiments show that the technical performance of the instrument is superior.
