摘要
本文通过应用最小二乘法原理和数字信号处理技术等理论,解决了使用微机评定表面粗糙度参数时,采样点数及中线如何确定的问题,并建立了两种数字滤波器和各个表面粗糙度参数的数学模型。依据这些数学模型,用C语言编制的数据处理软件在多参数电动轮廓仪研制中得到很好的应用。
The problems of sampling points and middle line are resolved by using least square method and digital signal processing technology in evaluating surface roughness parameters by microcomputer. The mathematical models of surface roughness parameters and two kinds of digital filter are established in this paper. On the basis of them, the measured data can be processed by microcomputer with the program designed by language C. What the paper describes is the key technology to develop multiparameter electronic profile instrument.
