摘要 本文概括地论述低成本运载系统的发展概况和趋势,并给出一个显式有效成本函数F_c,以评价低成本运载系统的设计与研制。对技术发展政策和途径进行了讨论。 This paper outlines an investigation of the reusable and recoverable launcher systems which have been established to reduce the cost of payload. The cost-effectiveness is defined by a formula. With this definition, as a design concept, the following problems are discussed:· Design criteria of low-cost launcher systems.· Cost model and its factors.· Technology development of reusable, recoverable launcher systems.· A general survey of development and its trend for low-cost launcher systems.
