洛塞克可减少急性心肌梗死早期消化道出血 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨急性心肌梗死早期应用洛塞克是否可减少消化道出血的发生。方法 随机选取急性心肌梗死病人 83例 ,随机分为治疗组 4 3例 ,对照组 4 0例。治疗组在入院当日给予洛塞克 4 0mg静脉输入 ,第 2日起改为口服制剂 2 0mg日 1次 ,共口服 7日 ;对照组未给胃酸抑制剂。观察二组消化道出血的发生情况。结果 同对照组相比 ,应用洛塞克治疗组消化道出血明显减少 ,P <0 .0 5 ;心血管事件发生例数无显著性差异 ,P >0 .0 5。
