非ST段抬高急性冠脉综合征危险分层体系及其比较 被引量：2

摘要 非ST段抬高急性冠脉综合征包括不稳定心绞痛和非ST段抬高的急性心肌梗死，治疗的目的在于及时阻止心绞痛向心肌梗死发展或在已发生心肌梗死时尽可能挽救尚存心肌。危险分层能有效评价病情严重程度，从而指导临床采取合理措施。目前国际上已有许多分层体系，我国也于近年公布了针对不稳定心绞痛的分层标准，在临床实践中发挥了一定作用。
