摘要
目的 探讨术前心理护理对收缩压、舒张压、脉搏、血糖、皮质醇的影响。结果 在实施心理护理后所有病人的收缩压、舒张压、脉搏、皮质醇均下降,血糖不变。对照组收缩压、舒张压、脉搏、血糖均不变、皮质醇下降。结论 血糖和皮质醇对病人的紧张状态不敏感,术前心理护理对缓解病人的紧张状态有益。
This artical has reported the change of systotic blood pressure (SBP)diastotic bloodpressure(DBP)、pluse(P)、blood sugar(BS) and Cortisol after psychologic nursing before operation.The result suggests that SBP、DBP 、P、Cortisol of Patients all decline(P<0.01)after phychologicnursing.in contract group,BS doesn,t chang.SBP、DBP、P and BS have no chang(P>0.05).Cortisol deline(P<0.01).These resuls show that BS and cortisol aren,t sensitive in reaction to patients, stress state.Phychologic nursing before operation is useful in relaxing patients stress state.
